      Does anyone have an XML that uses these? I have no idea how these are used and the POS2 is vague at best.

        @hepps Use 'User Action in US: A at the start to detect AI players, and set up gameplay accordingly

          @hepps Look at Civil War and Iron War. Both use user actions for things like taking/paying loans or giving resources to allies.

              @hepps I'm using them in Big World 3 as well. I allow the Germans to choose a free technology on r2 to give the player control of their technological edge.

              I was thinking about using them in my new technology model. But they currently do not allow a cost to be paid in anything other than PUs.

                @general_zod Yeah, in theory you could even create a research system with just user actions if you wanted to remove the dice roll portion of tech and make them just cost X amount.

                      @Hepps Greyhawk Wars uses user actions, if I recall correctly.
