How much bonus Income should we give to AI for a competitive match?

I would like to ask this question especially for WWII maps. It is so clear that AI plays with Axis much better.

It depends on the map. I suggest have the computer self-play to find the optimal bid. In general the computer plays the Axis better, but this is less true on the smaller maps. In maps based on the Global game, the AI tends to declare war too early.

Yeah, it varies a lot map by map because many of even the standard ww2 maps have standard bids around 10-15 for human players let alone the AI. Best thing is to run the AI vs itself or just play a bunch of games with different bonuses.
