    Looked pretty smooth. Just a couple things. The boxes are all connected to Poland. That's how they get on the Big Board as Dr Strangelove would say 🙂

    Anyway, when moving in CM, it'll auto takeover POL if it's empty, so I'll change it back to German and remove 2 PUs from Russia.

    I think I may change it to connecting to Berlin, as it's almost always occupied and thus it wouldn't change as frequent. I can't remember, I thought Victory had done that at one point but if so, it got lost in the shuffle.

    I also deactived the 2nd Commisar in Karelia, as only one can be active per TTy, unless it's your capital. Then it's two.

    Yea the Rail only works during NCM.
