    @beelee Good morning. Yeah, I didn't use the Air Commander rules because Luftwaffe started G5 in Hamburg while AC was in Berlin. So I don't believe I was allowed to attack as a Luft Flotten due to that. That's also why Mr. AC had to land in S. Italy

    @johnnycat That's a House Rule that you don't have to do anything for. Your comrade slave laborers in Siberia work out of sight and before you start every Russian turn starting with R3, a tank will just appear in the Urals and you can use it immediately. UNLESS the bad guys have Urals territory when your turn starts. In that case, the slave laborers don't work as they are hiding from the Fascists.
