Map Making Noob Requesting Help

Additionally, I do get an error message when attempting to load the xml through triplea_map_creator_v1.0.1.5 that says:
A "KeyNotFoundException" occured when trying to load the Xml file. Make sure the xml file has no errors.
Text that failed to load: <option name="production" value="1"/>
Position of failed text on line:26
Line Number: 1444...I looked it over but I haven't found what the error is referring to yet.

@invincible-egg One of the things that jumps out at me first is that inside the XML you have the map named "East vs West" at the top of the XML. Yet at the bottom of the XML you have named it "East vs West Alpha".
To the best of my knowledge these two names should match.

Hmm...
Fixed. But now it lets me past the "download" prompt, yet when I click play, Triplea simply "blinks" and then does nothing.

@invincible-egg The other thing I noticed is that when you posted the game file you posted it as a 7zip. The zipped file you put into the "Downloaded Maps" folder must be zipped as a zip file. Not a 7zip file.

@hepps Last thing that might be causing you issues is a missing line at the top of the XML.
You need to include this line at the top of the XML.
<triplea minimumVersion="1.9"/>
You should copy and open a currently functioning map then look at what the functioning map has that yours does not. That is often how I trouble shoot.

@hepps Lastly When I look at how you have labelled The XML...
You labelled the xml "evw"
You may want to try relabelling the XML itself... "East_vs_West".

Dude,
You're the man!
I now have an error to go off of. Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it.

@invincible-egg I take payments in a variety of currencies... including, but not limited to, beer.

Any progress on getting the mod working?

Having the same problem. Pretty sure I had it in the past and it was just a naming issue. Unfortunately I don't remember the solution.
I've got it in dl maps and got it to blink after changing the top name but I'm pretty sure the top name just has to match w/e the xml is and the bottom needs to match the folder.
Any suggestions ?
