@beelee My solution is to take Moscow - from my calculations I will have it in 4 - 5 turns
That Home Defense rule does not apply to Moscow so I think it is easy
but I have to ignore his massive fleet in the Pacific as well as Ignore his troops in France.Guess we shall see.

One thing about defending in a Capital is, you can have 2 Armies/Corps active at the same time. Different than in non Capital TTys where can only have one.
I think you can have 2 of those "Air Fleets" active at the same time too but I'm not sure on that. Would have to check.

@beelee I am playing the Germans in both games - so can the allies buy Flak Towers? I've never used those things. I just figured everyone upgraded to underground factories and doesn't bother with flak

The extra optional rules are listed at the other site. a couple may be missing.

You will get this stupid link that goes to some chat group forum thing.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE THERE is the link to the PDF file that you just posted.
Is that clear? I can try to show it via screen shots - but consider you are a beginner like me... you look up FLAK TOWER and the game notes say, "go to this link" but that link is some forum discussion that barely even mentions flak towers.

I just checked and the Game Notes link is incorrect. I will fix in next update for FlakTower.
Let me know if you find any other stupid links that don't take you to the correct location.

@JohnnyCat I think your behavior is Inacceptable! beelee is helping you and answering your many questions, and you have nothing better to say but complaining!!
The rules of The Captains EXP rule set is rather complex and it requieres the player to read the rules at a few times! I don't have the feeling that you have read them once! Besides searching for answers to your questions yourself, you rather ask others and expect them to explain you the rules. That is very ungrateful!BR
