should you be able to move a material the round you capture it? engine seems to allow that but also seems to go against all the other rules for waiting a turn after capturing something before you can do anything with it.
-
@ubernaut No, its an engine bug (player enforced rule). @Hepps confirmed that you shouldn't be able to transport materials the turn they are captured just like you can't move a truck the turn its captured.

On amphibious assault with Brazil; iirc something was put in so that all alliable minor nations (brazil, turkey, etc) can do amphib assault.
-
@zlefin seems to make sense Sweden and brazil are both fairly useless without it
-
Neutrals should be able to make amphib assaults (with regular inf only). Not sure if it is after some rounds or from the beginning
-
Hey, I’m still playing my first couple of games and neutrals haven’t really come into it. What is the experience of others please? Are neutrals often courted through politics? Are neutrals often attacked and so get involved that way?
-
@mattbarnes i like them but their value is debatable
-
@wirkey thanks
-
@mattbarnes Most players play without the neutrals or war only. I don't think the politics around them has ever been properly balanced.
-
@ubernaut All of the Neutrals are immediately given SWF as soon as they join the war. Otherwise they are all but useless.
-
@Hepps thanks! happy to help devote some man-hours to helping you update the documentation if you need any.
-
with shared tech should the receiver (us) be able to produce advanced unit the same round the sender (uk) discovers it? or should that not happen until the next turn?

All shared tech should get activated at the end of the receivers next turn. US should be able to buy advanced units the round (!) after UK discovered the necessary tech.

about Neutrals: with dozens, maybe hundred of games, I have played not more than two or three with influencing neutrals. What I have done is that each player can choose one or two neutrals from the beginning of the game, just to give it some variety.
And I like to have the options to attack the neutrals, especially while playing Allies. Going through Spain or Turkey can be an option if the other landing spots (Northern Africa, France, Norway) are to heavy defended. -
-
@ubernaut with influencing neutrals it's just way to dicey for my taste
-
seems some minor controlled territories are getting scramble tech buff and some are not:
-
@ubernaut Its probably just visual as sometimes the tech icons don't always appear immediately.
