I play "Global 40 House Rules with Canada" with "Option Redesign" activated. I know some on here enjoy "Total World War" although it is a bit more complex than most maps.
Frostion has several popular maps I believe, "Age of Tribes" and "Iron War" being a few.
Actually you can check out the "Play By Forum" thread and also visit the Online Lobby. That will show you what people are playing.
Seems as if "Revised" and "AA 50" both get a fair amount of play.

Also you will see Napoleonic Empires and WWI related games among others there ... -
I just tend to play Big World 1942 v3 - I seem to have found a map I liked and focus on it exclusively when I fancy a game.

Used to play PUBG, but it got too buggy.
Now COD: Warzone.As for tripleA, I stick to big world - mixing it up. Lots of crazy options can happen.
