Debug Console is Gone

I don't see any way of bringing up the debug console with the latest version (22525). I have duplicated names in my list of scenarios and no tools to find out where the duplicates are loading from, as the game no longer shows the path for the loaded scenario,

@RogerCooper On my PC it is in the TripleA installation directory.
However according to the above quoted topic there might be problems ... I don't know whether @LaFayette has already resolved them. -
Yes, the file will be in the installation folder. If on windows, this file silently fails to be created if you install into program files. If you install on a custom path, then the file should appear as expected.
I need to update a config to have the file always be created in
<home>/tripleaand then it should consistently appear for everyone. -
@LaFayette I was able to resolve the issue. While your are fixing stuff it would give if the path name showed when you select a file. If makes resolving duplication issues easier.
