TripleA - 2026.06.16 - Release Schedule / Plan

Jun 12:
Starting in the early evening PDT:
- update website to start downloading TripleA v2026.06.16
- update lobby message to indicate players should upgrade now
- toggle in-game messaging that new version is available
- turn off bots as those hosts become empty
- add 3 additional bots to the 2.7 lobby
Jun 13:
- disable all 2.5 bots

Website now updated to download the latest release! Will start migrating/removing bots tomorrow as well as triggering the in-game update notification.

@Panther yes, needs addressing, but not a show-stopper.

Updates:
- 2026-06.16 (2.7) is effectively fully launched
- 2.5 should show players a "your tripleA is out of date" message
- The old MARTI dice server for 2.5 has been turned off
- The 2.5 lobby is effectively disabled and unreachable via 2.5
Known issue:

posting to TripleA forums has been broken ever since we updated the forums, so it's still broken

some players have had map issues, and need to re-install maps. I think this is mostly players that have not updated their maps in several years.

the new MARTI dice server emails are typically going into the "SPAM" folder.

Games using the MARTI dice server can only now have two email address, no longer can have multiple

The "game id" functionality of the MARTI dice server is not supported by the new dice server.
