I removed the deadline of the tournament.

@Panzerstahl-Helm-0 Good morning. Since Mussolini Pizza Emperor is only 16, for now, he will just use my registration information and we will post turns from my account. He doesn't even have his own PC except for the one from his High School that has a firewall. But he's a formidable opponent! I even underestimate him sometimes and pay the price when I do

at PizzaI think I have the SBR's on Factories wrong. With Total Victory Major Fctrys can suffer unlimited damage. By A-Bomb or Conventional or a combination of both. Minors still only get 6 ? maybe ? but take 12 when hit by the A-Bomb. 12 is their max damage no matter what.
I asked the Captain for clarification but right now I have the Minors taking up to 12 damage by conventional bombing.
So if that is wrong, we'll have to use edit to correct damage to 6. I will have to make a fix, which won't work for A-Bomb strike, that will have to be noted in Comment Log or Game Thread but it will be very infrequent compared to a Minor getting bombed.
Anyway, just a heads up. Also I have to change the xml, so we'll have to DL another Game Version and I'll have to create another generic save lol
But I just bombed S FRA to 7 damage lol
