Nice! I think this will work well. Maybe you could add some helpfull text under the names, like:

Help out, share ideas and work on specific Maps and Mods.

Here are three images for thumbnails that might look good. Canyou choose the background of a thumbnail if it is transparent?

Looks great But can someone tell me why I don't get any email notifications when someone writes in a thread i posted in? I have checked the thing i settings about me wanting to receive notifications. Does it work for you guys? I better look in my spam folder.

@Frostion i haven't got it on for me. I just loggin when i have time and check notifications here. But ya let me know cause it should work through the email settings in your profile. Maybe its going to spam? you could be correct.

I can see that my hotmail had the mails set as junk. So it works, but apparently hotmail sees the address as junk per default.

Nice to know what that bell is for.

I have no personal preferences about specific background color of category images, even though I would think that different colors for all categories would look best, and also help people surf more easily. The color choices should maybe based on what color would make the specific picture stand out the most and also not be the color of another category, or at least not another category listed just above or below with the same color.

I was thinking of making the link section look better. I will have to surf the web and investigate what options there are. Also, do you know why there is code like the following placed in the “Draft Zone” (of https://forums.triplea-game.org/admin/extend/widgets ) that is not showing up? At least not when I look at the website:

Maybe there are some flaws in the code? Or a bug in NodeBB? Did you write this copyright stuff?

I would ignore that and look at the categories section and maybe drag and drop in the news section and write the links maybe?

If we don't have a lot of news we can pull from the Announcements category? Or hide the Announcements category to Admin Only so it just shows as news?

There is now added a chat box on the main page. Does it work for anyone else but me? It should only be viewable by registered users. And only last 25 postings should be viewable.

Did you move the links ? If so, I think they're fine where they're at but the axis and allies board games one should be changed to axis and allies.org. It confused me for a moment
