@comr I'm upvoting to the question of Rogercooper as others may face the same issues. Can you provide more details regarding this (exact version and where you experience the error)?
@maniac
One should not underestimate the achievements of the ladder people federation and their proud traditions.
Several high ranking US presidential advisors have been ladder people and their advice has always been extremely valuable to the US.
According to the "best bet rule" you can essentially do two things when looking for advice: You ask your smartest, most highly qualified and educated experts on the matter, but if they had like agreed on the subject unanimously then there would be no real problem finding a decision.
You can also ask the most not-informed, stupid, is this English? , person around of any profession (chances of them really understanding the question are slim in any case) what would be the right course of action. The probability that the stupid people is so totally wrong that by doing the exact opposite of the stupid one's advice almost MUST be right.
@jimbo right on. Yea sometimes it goes straight to the save if you're already on it and don't need to do that. happened to me when i first started using triplea : )
@mikawagunichi if you go to "Engine Preferences" when you start triplea and go to "Folders" you can move where the saves are at. Idk if you can turn it off
Sure, you can of course try and use this "erroneous workaround" - but this "solution" is part of the problem - as discussed in this topic.
A TripleA-map (or module) should never depend on having preinstalled another one. In this case this has been caused by oversights and errors in different files.
"France goes First" needs some rework before it should be downloadable from within TripleA.
@crockett36 It is probably not a good idea to use the same file name as an existing map. I will put this my queue of things to cleanup.
In general, I think that scenarios that use existing maps should have their own mod. I don't want to presuppose that someone who is downloading a mod wants to have all scenarios that used the same map.
In earlier version of TripleA, you could reference the map information for another scenario which I found useful.
Beelee is correct, I wanted to make another mod that would span different maps. I'll see what I can do. Thank you for the instructions. You guys do great work! I say we triple all of your salaries! You should have a tip jar app somewhere!
