Dice server registration not working?

Hello!
I wanted to try PBEM, but when I enter my email address at https://dice.marti.triplea-game.org/, I don't receive any confirmation email.
Is there a known issue? Any alternative dice server?

What's the recommended provider to use now then (most reliable)?

@alexei-svitkine as far as i know gmail is the only one with problems started recently too

I tried with Hotmail but the default settings in TripleA (Hotmail drop down menu) didn't work. Had to select manual SMTP settings to use:
smtp-mail.outlook.com and port 587
