Can't Get the Debug Console to Display

I am trying to fix a scenario I found, but I run it goes back to menu immediately and I can't get the console to display, even though "Show Console" is set to True. Is this a problem with the latest version of the engine?

@RogerCooper You may need to toggle the console to 'false' and then back to 'true'.

I confirm this problem. Debug/Show_Console does nothing, and this isn't fixing it (I suppose you or somebody should move this to GitHub, then, if not posting there in the first place).
