Link on How to Set Up Game

It would be a good idea to sticky a link at beginning of "Play By Forum" telling people how to play. How about this one ?

A post with links IMO is welcome, having the actual how-to content I don't think has worked very well historically. Such posts in forums:

• eventually become not all well organized, there is a lot of information.
• become duplicative between themselves and what we have in the game itself, and on thirdly on the official website
• usually are not globally maintained, it's usually only as good as the effort put in by the OP.

With that said, the "user guide" on the official webpage is the intended home for how-to guides and various other help information: https://triplea-game.org/user-guide/

Like many efforts, it's early and we could use more/better content on that page. Regardless, a page on the website with the right information could be very valuable and a linked added to such a forum posting and from within the game itself.

One other really nice side-benefit, content on the website can be searched more easily, updates to the web-page make it more 'active' and increases our search ranking as well.
