Revised Tournament of Champions (ToC 15) "Arctic Convoy"

@bayder @Barca Not sure if I'm missing something, and probably shouldn't really chirp in, as not being involved in this tournament, but hasn't this already been done?

What I understand is that in ToC 14 there was a winner/loser bracket turn deadline of 36/24 hours and a game deadline of 45/30 days, while now the discrimination between winners and losers has been removed, and the deadlines lowered, respectively, to 24 hours and 3 weeks.

Yes that is correct @Cernel. I meant the VC condition stays, as does the new guidelines on timing as described in @prastle ’s post in ToC15 rules. @Barca had mentioned some alternate approaches previously.

@Patton1977 After talking with @LaFayette I think we need to give them some time to get the next release out. If no one minds ending their games in 21 days should a new stable be released we could start shortly.

@ubernaut No it means we switch to 2.0 release once it is available. Which will hopefully be available once the first rounds of games are finished using the current 1.9 stable. @bayder is working on the seeding.

Just a reminder in that context: 1.9 savegames are incompatible with 2.0. So games started with 1.9 need to be finished with 1.9 before switching to 2.0.
