              @MirkoBruner Thanks for your offer.
              In theory we need someone who wants to be creative about ui layout and everything (you might be interested in reading https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/issues/5965).
              However due to limited resources and the sheer amount of legacy code we realized that redoing the UI is going to be really hard, so we froze the project for an unknown amount of time until we can tackle some more fundamental problems with the code first.

              TL;DR Creating a working future concept would be nice, but actually implementing it is probably the more time consuming task, which is where most efforts ultimately failed until now

                  @MirkoBruner , it depends on how significant the changes are. Having no road-map of where we want to go is going to be an impediment for sure too.

                  At the moment, no extremely major overhauls will be possible for a few months until we finish up a few other projects.
