@beelee That's CSS failing to load. A 'hard' refresh should work. Usually that shift or control held down while refresh

Two important configs landed.
- new users will be required to confirm an email address
- some good anti-spam stuff. We should see drastically fewer spam registration requests.

Right Arm
I been seeing the spinning circle a bit more frequently ever since the Big June update.
I know the other site gets hammered pretty hard sometimes. I think Djensen got some counters but sometimes they still get through.

I have gotten a Notification saying this has been upgraded like 4 or 5 times in the last day. Is this supposed to be happening ?

Site real slow tonight. 10 pm CST USA 10-15-26
Forum shows up but the circle just keeps spinning. Took about 5 minutes before the reply window showed up.
Anyway, not normal behavior. I checked other sites and they all seemed the same. 3 spins and it'd stop.
Just a heads up.
