New Maps Admin capabilities - add Map Attributes & approve/disable maps

Thanks for this ability.

I have just enabled 1888A as a test. It took 30-45min to show as a download inside TripleA,

I notice that map skins have all been disabled, well they dont have the 3 files required to be a proper map.

So what do we do to allow these to be downloaded/integrated?
We could move the skin to their associated map?

@TheDog not sure if map skins are still supported TBH. Likely would need additional client side support. I'm not entirely sure we would want to bring back support in the same form for them. Which is to say with future efforts there might be a better solution.

I notice that you have uploaded one of my older maps

I too have uploaded the later version to
https://github.com/triplea-maps/settlers_fallen_empire
and will now maintain it.

Please could you delete your version as the two maps share the same xml file name and other files and produce minor conflicts.

It does not crash after 3 rounds, so it passes that initial test. It is not my call for it to be removed. Someone/you has spent considerable time/effort in making this and it might inspire someone to take it on.

Would you like me to put a note on it, something like
This map is looking for a new owner or similar.

@TheDog I would actually prefer replacing this game with my new WW1 map with the same name. The current one just isn't good.
