In brief:
In case at least one warship of a power you are at war with is in a sea zone marked with a Convoy symbol adjacent to one or more of your controlled territories, you are subject to convoy disruption during your Collect Income Phase. This is resolved by special dice rolls per enemy warship and results in IPC-deduction - but is limited by the IPC-values of your adjacent territories.

The rulebooks have that explained in detail.

@bluelionman When you "opt to play on", you are not deciding to change your victory condition. You are just playing on, while having already won the game, and you cannot win (or lose) a game you already won.

@loki17 If you open your task manager, open the details tabs and search for TripleA.exe.
Then you should be able to end the process

In the menu, View/Map Skins (as long as that map has any).

To add Map Skins for a map (as long as that map has any):
In the starting window, Download Maps/Skins/Available

Also check your settings for "Notifications & Sounds" in your Forum Profile Settings.
Sometimes email-notification is set there.

The stuff in {{ }} are template variables, you'll want to remove/update those as necessary.

The formatting is probably quite rough, but at least the content is there in HTML.

I confirm this problem. Debug/Show_Console does nothing, and this isn't fixing it (I suppose you or somebody should move this to GitHub, then, if not posting there in the first place).

Yea i doubt it is. I think when I did it (had 3 beelees) lol was when I kept joining the game to be a different player because i didn't know how to do it. it was 10 years ago or so. I can't really remember

@RoiEX I'm using Windows 10, latest version, which is working perfectly.

However, your comment about the font made me remember that I altered the default Windows font with Winaero tweaker some time ago.

So I tried to reset to the original font, and voilá, the game launches without any problems and with the correct/legible font.
