First my apologies, I get the feeling that English is not your primary language, also, you are not very good with computers.

If I am understanding correctly you are trying to play the Big World map, so let's try unzipping the map. First try renaming your "downloadedmaps" directory to "holdfordownloadedmaps" then create a new "downloadedmaps" folder. Next open the big_world-master.zip file and drag the "big_world-master" folder inside to the new "downloadedmaps" folder. Once this is completed, rename the "big_world-master" folder to "big_world".

Now start TripleA and see if you can play.

Play rolling dice or low luck?
Play with any house rules or bidding?
Play with national objectives?
Play with research ?

While maps have a 'version' XML attribute, it is unused. There is no versioning in the maps.

Well...I have tried like the newest version and as far back as the last 3 versions .. O/S is windows 10 .. also I have loaded this on 2 other computers and get the same error message .. I should say I have updated the Java on all machines...and I can not open the save map now lol .. so I'll start another game and do the "debug" thing ..

@rogercooper That will give him either the base map image or the relief map image, not the actual view of the map. Besides, this is practically map-making: I understand here we have a user rather than a map-maker.

Start TripleA. Select a Game: The Rising Sun. Start Local Game. Play. View/Show Units: off. Export/Export Gameboard Picture.

Unfortunately, this will also write the game name and the current round on the upper-left corner of the map. There is a way to avoid this, but it requires modifying a file in the map folder.

So I don't believe there is currently a way for a user to get a clean map image, but my steps should almost do that.

I don't think there is a picture of this map stored anywhere accessible and don't think anyone has any ideas about copyrights or where the map-maker in question is, but I'm fairly certain nobody is going to sue you...

On Windows it is regularly in:

C:\Users\USERNAME\triplea\downloadedMaps

look for the Napoleonic game folder, move to "map" and then to "games".
Select the intended xml-file.
