@ebbe I am going to try this with everyone starting at peace (except Gaia and Nature). In general, I don't like FFA games as you can't make plan when everyone is at war and players on the edge of the board are favored.

@RogerCooper Thanks for the feedback and good to hear there is a lot you like about this game. About the initial settings: yes that was a deliberate choice, as it is FFA we like to have instant action. and a "what if"- feeling The game is very historical concerning the map, mountain ranges/passes, spreading resources, Pu value of various provinces,units, events and so... but indeed not historical in the alliances setting at game start .... that was a sacrifice we made to have a better ballance between the Clans.... but you can tackle this by changing the Diplomatic settings at game start with the editor. greetings ebbe
