You can restrict the movement of units by step and switch them on & off, between steps, not just by turn as in 1888A Steam & Steel

eg (I have not played your game, so this will probably be wrong)
turn off all movement for none Battleships/Cruisers, Heavy Artillery, and Railguns
step Move Battleships/Cruisers, Heavy Artillery, and Railguns
turn on all movement for none Battleships/Cruisers, Heavy Artillery, and Railguns

Search go winter in the xml and apply the principles to different step phases of a turn

Here is an overview, there are a lot of components, you will not them all

Winter Search go winter in the xml to see the components that make up how to use terrain effects and a dummy player needs an allied dummy player, eg. winterp define TT & SZ to be affected define a new allied relationship eg winterr allows combat takes over in TT/SZ (oops has no go winter) needs a WinterLand & WinterSea to be shown in the TT & SZ define territoryEffect eg. Winter Triggers to make it happen when you want it. Note -reset- has to redefine the TT/SZ when a TT/SZ changes effect

@thedog any reason it's not finding the map when I try to select the map in game? i downloaded the zip, copied it to the downloaded maps folder, and have tried keeping in both a zip format and unzipping it but when I go to select the map in TripleA it gives me this.

@panther thanks for responding, I tried searching but couldn't find anything before posting. I basically figured out it when typing a response. TripleA version is 2.522294. OS is Windows 11.

TripleA is exclusively using the Display Scale settings for Monitor 1, but I have Monitor 2 set to my main monitor and that's where TripleA is launched and displayed. So basically, it renders based on Windows 11 display for Monitor 1. I'm not sure if there's a way around that within TripleA.

Welcome to the site ! 2.5 should have the auto save feature as well.

When you fire up triplea, hit Saved Game, then autoSave. It will have a large list of games depending on how much you play.
I've never been able to figure out how it orders them, so I just scroll through and look for the correct date or time.

Since you like playing Global 40, I suggest trying it on BlackElks UHD map with the Frostion units. UHD World War II Global

What I have learned - in almost two decades of assisting people with TripleA - is that problems in many cases are not related to TripleA itself but to a general (not ) understanding of PC, Operating Systems and computer / software procedures.

Another Fun game Panzer. I didn't know if the J 2 would work or not. I used to do it in solo games and had some success. I tried it once against Victory but forgot some dudes to the PHI attack and then rolled poorly and didn't take it, so not a real good test of it.

Do you wanna do the Game Report for this one ? Maybe you can have your AI buddy help 🙂 I know you have a young Familie and work, so I can if you just don't have the time. I think it's good to alternate though 🙂

I have some more work to do now for the next update. Should be ready to roll again in a week or so. I'm sure you will want a crack at revenge 🙂 so we can battle again when you're ready 🙂

Here's a new place for the Air Boxes if you want. It didn't make the last update. I guess a Ftr Ace will still cause overflow but that's ok 🙂

I think it'll be most efficient to have both Ftr and Tac ACs in the same Box. Then just move which one is needed instead of edit back and forth
