Update to 2.58

I updated to 2.581 yesterday. It's a WIP but I didn't want to lose all the work if the machine should fry again.
Anyway, I checked the Lobby and the latest version is there

I'll work on it some more today. I should be close to the final update. A-Bomb is done
For now. 
I currently have Moscow London and EUSA as German Targets and Tokyo Berlin and W GER as American. We can add more later. You can bomb anywhere but the Mushroom clouds won't show up unless in the above and only 1 per turn and 3 total.
That should be enough to decide the game

and look for Kami, Japanese spirits. The Kami start out with lots of dots in their unit name, this so the player cannot count them, when found/revealed they change into stuffEbbe and I are working on an Heroic FFA island map with Fates, using the ./dot principles above.
